IMPLANT
When the tooth lost is a molar we insert an implant
of greater width.
The
use of an implant of greater width enables us
to achieve an enhanced aesthetic to that which
we would achieve from a normal implant.
In
addition, the pressure from chewing is better
supported by a wider implant in having a greater
surface area.
From
the very beginning a cicatrisation screw is left
in the gum so that the molar is more aesthetic.
