The professional CEDEMAX team with their extensive
experience and training are able to perform all
types of treatments to ensure our patients of
the very best results on both a buccal health
and aesthetic level.
The practice of odontostomatology
is much more difficult that assumed by many people,
which is why we advise all those who need to submit
to bucco-dental treatment to place themselves
in the hands of professionals, as this is the
only way of ensuring a satisfactory result.
|
Prevention
To ensure all treatments enjoy maximum success
the importance of regular oral check-ups
must be emphasized and not to simply visit
your dentist when you are in pain or discomfort.
|
|
Good dental hygiene is also very important,
above all in children, who must be educated
into an awareness of what they need to do
to ensure good buccal hygiene.

| Dental
aesthetics
Group of treatments oriented towards achieving
harmony between the teeth and the rest of
the face, modifying the colour, shape and
size of same. With the most innovative materials
and the latest techniques available we are
more than ready to leave every single person
happy with their smile.

Whitening
In one sole session we lighten your teeth.
It is a simple and minimally invasive treatment
which enables us to give your teeth a young
and healthy appearance.
|
| Orthodontics
Orthodontics is the part of odontology that
deals with the correct alignment of the
teeth. Nowadays, orthodontic treatment is
just as common in children as in adults
of all ages.
|
|
|
Although orthodontic treatments should be
applied from a certain age, it is strongly
recommended that children be checked from
the age of 4 onwards in order to pre-diagnose
any potential disorders.
At
our dental centre we use the latest innovations
in the field of Orthodontics to ensure our
treatments are more comfortable and less
anti-aesthetic.

Endodontics
Is what is commonly called “removing
the nerve” or devitalization. When
tooth decay reaches the nerve, the nerve
is affected and generally produces pain
and even inflammation, although it will
not necessarily hurt.
|
|
There are cases in which the nerve has been
affected and yet the patient feels no pain
whatsoever. Not all teeth are the same,
as there are some teeth that have one, two,
three or even more nerves.
The
procedure consists of eliminating the caries
and with specialist instruments the nerve/s
is “pulled out” or whatever
remains of it/them, and the ducts are cleaned
to ensure that the tooth is completely clean
inside. Subsequently, a sealing material
is introduced into the duct/s of the tooth.
This process may take one or several appointments
at the dental surgery.

Prostheses
In the last few years, very high resistance
ceramics have appeared, consisting of a
nucleus of Aluminium Oxide which is covered
in layers of Porcelain to provide the shape
of the tooth we seek to replace.
With these new ceramics, we can currently
achieve absolute beauty and a natural appearance
as the colour comes from the innermost part
of the tooth as it does in natural teeth
and not from the surface as it does in metal-porcelain
crowns. Its resistance is also very high
with no incidence of fractures.

|
 |
Implants
(Artificial screw-in roots). A “screw”
is implanted which replaces the root of
the tooth and upon which a prosthesis will
be placed. In our clinic we use latest generation
implants of maximum quality which together
with our extensive experience in maxillofacial
surgery guarantees an optimum result and
a lifelong solution.
|
|
Periodontics
The treatment consists in eliminating the
bacteria which cause disease and thereafter
creating the conditions which obstruct their
reappearance. To do so, the periodontal
sacs are scraped and, in certain more advanced
cases, periodontal surgery is required.
|
| Radiography
We have modern digital radiovisiography
equipment, which provides unbeatable quality
in radiography, and perhaps most importantly,
less exposure to radiation on the part of
the patient.
